Terms and Conditions of Use for Roam 

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Roam Hotel Booking App ("Roam" or "App"), provided by Armis Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("Company" or "We"). By accessing or using Roam, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Roam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should refrain from using the App.

2. Use of the App

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Roam. By accessing or using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

2.2 Account Registration

To use certain features of Roam, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2.3 User Conduct

While using Roam, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. You must not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct. You are prohibited from using Roam to:

a) Violate the rights of others or infringe upon any intellectual property rights;

b) Post, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;

c) Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Roam or any related services;

d) Gain unauthorized access to any system or network connected to Roam;

e) Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair Roam's infrastructure or its users' experience.

2.4 Third-Party Services

Roam may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for such third-party sites or services. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Hotel Reservations

Roam facilitates hotel bookings by providing information, descriptions, and prices of available accommodations. The final responsibility for selecting and booking a hotel lies with you. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular hotel or the accuracy of the information provided by the hotels.

3.2 Payment

Third-party payment providers process payment for hotel bookings. By making a booking, you agree to comply with the payment terms and conditions of the respective payment provider. We are not responsible for any issues or disputes related to payments made through these providers.

4. Intellectual Property

Roam and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content without prior written consent from the Company.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Roam is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content available on the App. You acknowledge that your use of Roam is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Roam, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Roam or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. We may also modify this Agreement from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Privacy Act, 2075” of Nepal, and other relevant laws of Nepal.Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Privacy Act, 2075” of Nepal, and other relevant laws of Nepal.
