Agents must not infer unavailable coverage or complete payment without explicit user authorization.

Authenticated channel integrations

Approved integrations can create a 15-minute server-priced itinerary quote, record explicit user confirmation, and create one idempotent Stripe Checkout session. Bearer keys are rate-limited, quota-bound, stored only as hashes, and revocable.

Current transaction boundary

Stripe payment remains a human action. Anonymous autonomous payment is deliberately unavailable until delegated spending authority, live supplier service and real-commerce controls are proved.
